Nicholas Campasano is an award winning Real Estate Broker in the Long Island, NY market. Nick grew up on Long Island, attending Pre-School through college there. He is the son of a real estate attorney and school teacher and one of three siblings. When not in school Nick spent most of his time entrenched in sports, the outdoors and learning as much about business as he could from a young age. His first foray into the world of real estate came while working in his father's law office.
He started to learn the intricacies of a deal and how to best trouble shoot potential problems. These skills have proved invaluable for Nick in his career. While in high school and college Nick conducted several flips with his father & uncle. He also worked in the construction industry. This allowed Nick to see the world of real estate through a new set of eyes. He began to understand what investors were looking for and how to determine what a good deal looks like. Also, while in college Nick began the next step of his journey by engaging in the Title Insurance Industry. To date Nick has conducted over 12,000 closings as a title closer and also worked on the research and sales side of the business. This has further educated Nick about the intricacies of a real estate transaction.
At this point it became very evident what was the next logical step for Nick; becoming a Real Estate Salesperson and shortly thereafter a Real Estate Broker. Nick spent countless hours, weeks & years fine tuning his craft and finding ways to provide the best service possible to his clients.
